S.M.A.R.T.S. Newsletter

There is a link on the right sidebar to the newsletter. Click here to get the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Is there any interest in obtaining and selling clothing with our club logo on it? I think it would be great if we could do this. I have found a person out of town who does this type of work and they offer all types of clothing from T shirts to dress shirts, jackets, coats, pants, sweaters, hats and more. His prices are reasonable and he offers free shipping with a minimum order. My biggest concern is not the amount of items we might order but the logo design we would want on the apparel. If we can send them an electronic logo design it will save us money. I am not good at designing but I will attempt to come up with something using our newsletter logo as a base. Anyone who is interested in trying their hand at this is welcome to have at it. Just email me your designs and I will post them for all to see. I will post sample prices of apparel later. Calling all members, Do you have an idea for a meeting theme or possibly a guest speaker. It sure would be great to have some members email me ideas. ———————–

Our Next Meeting,

Our next meeting will be held at Great American Steak and Buffet (900 Merchants Drive Knoxville,Tn.) on Monday, May 14th. Supper starts at 6 and the meeting usually kicks off 7:00pm. Guests are always welcome! ———————–

How to join our club?

To become a member of SMARTS, just visit one of our meetings and sign up or you can email me and I will send you a copy of our registration form back. You can then print it off include a check or money order and snail mail it back to me. I include full instructions with the email. The annual dues are $20 for an individual, and only $25 for a family. That’s it – you’re in! Not to mention getting to know a great group of fellow Treasure Hunters who every now and then give up some great tips. If you want to join the SMARTS forum group and not the club just visit the forums and sign up. Fill out the profile questionnaire and submit it. I will automatically receive an email and I will contact you. I ask a few questions to verify who you are and then I approve your forum membership. We do this because of the increasing number of spammers trying to hack our site and to have records of all forum members. ———————–
